Im not a huge advocate of counting calories. In fact, Id much rather just eat clean, whole foods and eat when hungry and never worry about it. However, it is good to sometimes check yourself. Especially if you think youre doing everything right and still not getting results. Try starting a food diary. Writing down every single thing (yes, including those few goldfish) will allow you to be completely honest with yourself. Most likely what you will find are ways to improve the hidden problem.
