Im not going to be on Facebook for the next few days. One reason is its faculty meeting season Sunday through Tuesday (and possibly Wednesday), so Im not even going to be home very much--and when I am, Im going to be exhausted. Another is life seems to have picked today to kick me repeatedly in the figurative (so far) crotch. For some reason, the fact that this is the first school year begun without my dad is really getting to me. I dont know why. Im tired physically, and emotionally I just feel sick to my stomach. Last semester I was so busy with school, with cleaning my dads house, and with GFGR that I didnt really have time to think about it. Now Ive got too much time to think about it. When youre reading things into peoples posts (or lack thereof) that arent there, its time to take a step back. When I hit these lows, I have a tendency to post stupidity on Facebook--like maybe this post--so I just need to step back a bit. Dont worry. Ill be okay. I think once the semester gets going and I get back to doing what I do best, Ill be back to my pony-posting self.
