Im not gonna lie...From leaving my last job and starting my new one its been about 3 months since Ive actually trained a client. Ive been in a slight funk, but its making it to where when I finally start again, the hunger will be that much stronger! I also havent really consistently worked out at all! Ive ate like shit and just prettymuch got off track altogether. ITS TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!! Ive challenged one friend so far, and expect to motivate plenty more!! LETS GET IT!!!
