Im not too great at expressing my emotions in real life, so here goes. Its crazy to me to have gone to a funeral for my Grandma Judy. It seems like just yesterday she was commenting on my relationship statuses asking if the girl broke my heart and to tell grandma all about it. I feel as though I spent part of my life telling people stories about my sweet and funny grandma that I didnt get to know nearly as well as I wish I did. My main memories of Grandma Judy were from when I was a kid my family would go visit and sit under a massive gazebo built by my grandpa Jerry and her. She always had this content smile on her face, like she knew where she was in life and she loved every second of it. I remember exploring their massive garden with Nick and digging through their closet to find a Mr. Potato Head that was always entertaining for at least ten minutes. I remember knockoff brand sodas in the fridge where I would usually have grape. I remember eating spaghetti and watching TV with my brother and sister while also answering questions you hear from your grandparents on every visit. Above all, I remember the family centered around Grandma Judy and the fun I had at the garden she lived in. Even through all the memories and facebook posts, all this boils down to one simple thing: Im going to miss you Grandma Judy.
