.... Im now being harassed and threatened by some Div about a track I made nearly 25 years ago ... All I will say is .... PRECINCT 13 LISTEN TO YOUR HEARTBEAT was made and released by Me before ANY other track which sounded VERY similar to it ... Even though another track was a bigger Pop hit .... Mine was the ORIGINAL .... Those facts are beyond dispute .... I have NEVER made an issue of the events around the release of the other track for compassionate and personal reasons but ... I have always made the point that mine came first ... Ill leave it to others to work the rest out for themselves ... Furthermore ... I have never defined myself in musical terms based on a One Hit Wonder ... but rather on a damn fine and credible body of work which spans 25 years and is still growing ... How sad that a person is still defining themselves based on rather tenuous links to some old rave record ... To finish Id like to point out that Listen To Your Heartbeat by Precinct 13 is now available to buy on iTunes and Google Play .... You might want to check out the Universe mix ... A sleeping Balearic Giant much favoured by the likes of Sean Johnston
