Im often asked how Ive achieved the level of success Ive reached with Plexus. Although I still have many goals before me, I can see how having over 200 people on my team is regarded as success. Well let me tell you- successful people dont get lucky or get in early or get in at the right time---> anytime is the right time to start something youre passionate about and willing to work on. Plexus is a business just like any other, except in this business Im working to help others and reaping the financial benefits myself rather than working for a corporation who keeps the profits and pays me a minimal salary. It takes work, passion, drive, consistency and effort. Even though that sounds hard, when youre working doing something you love it makes the work totally worth it! :)
