Im pretty new to doing my own meal prepping (for a weeks worth of healthiness) but I started not too long ago and if you want to make sure you have healthy meals and snacks at hand so that its less tempting for you to eat JUNK, this helps SO much. Last weak, mini meal #1 was of steamed veggies, zucchini & seasoned ground turkey. Mini meal #2 was a tuna burger w/tomatoes and a sweet potato and broccoli. I also had left over white chicken chili portioned & some butternut squash. Last, I made some eggplant parmesan and portioned out fruits and veggies and some almonds for snacks! More meal prepping to come!
