Im proud to let yall know that Bill Acker, owner and operator of the Manta Ray Bay Resort & Yap Divers (in Colonia, Yap Islands, Micronesia) is one of the distinguished divers to be inducted to the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame later this year! The ceremony will take place in the Cayman Islands, in October 2014.
