Im really enjoyin my cycling and swimming a lot lately,two great exercises in which I introduced to my training 4months ago,the cycling part I prefer the most not only is it super cardio and a quad/hamstring builder but the effect it has had on my mental thinking and mind is phenomenal...such a great attribute to include in your training I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for that extra bit of sharpness to bring to their game
