Im really in my feelings to be posting about this but... To the Wing Town of Columbus, GA, you have just lost a very faithful customer since 2009. When a business starts smelling themselves, im done for good. Especially after Ive been rocking w/ them for a min. Customer service is everything. Scenerio: After the Mr.s, Ron Williams, appt we got lunch. He ordered me a 15pc, fries, ranch & an Arnold Palmer. He ordered himself a 10pc w/ rice, same drink... when he opened his container, no ranch. He lets the guy upfront know that his didnt have ranch so the guy behind the counter was like your 10pc doesnt come w/ ranch, thatll be .50cent. 1st WTF?! So both of us didnt have any cash so he pulls out his debit card, the guys says its a $3 minimum.... 2nd & 3rd WTF?! Thank you to the patron who pulled her ranch out from her order and placed it on our table as she shook her head at the foolery and walked out. But we still made use of our complimentary refill and extra ketchup n mustard tho 😒😑
