Im really thinking of going into artist development/mgmt....Its very dissapointing to see how peeps doing theyy biz giving only 50 percent rather then 100%... If u look at how a person works u shud c growth not them stepping backwards.... They think its not noticeable but it is.. It leaves a long lasting bad impression. Artist barely promote themselves nowadays.. N some promoters only book artist within they circles... I hate to c a gud artist at a show but they have no links or theyre footage is not professional.... U r the pkg n u have to market urself to sell ur pkg....if ur promoting music n videos or shows more then the promoter or the artist u collabed wit sumn aint adding up... U cant depend on anyone else especially if they keep jumping in n out the race. Its consistency dedication hardwork n faith that pays off... #1togrowon
