What does a citizen do when or with a sheriff who doesnt protect you, your family AND your property when you report an ongoing (sham legal action with supporting proof that it is so) crime and ASKED for help and protection until it gets cleared up? Would you have completely ignored the plea for help - would you have simply told the citizen to just pack your stuff and go away? This is a fundamental rights question based on the Constitutional oath a sheriff takes to protect the people up to and including protecting the people from judicial/public officials who seem to deliberately choose to ignore the law.
