Im sharing this message because adoption is so near and dear to my heart, since three wonderful kiddos from Liberia and one from Russia call me Nealy. What a blessing! If Katies story isnt one of redemption, I dont know what is. In the first picture taken in 2010, Katie was nine years old - NINE - and still confined to her crib in a Bulgaria orphanage called Pleven. She barely made it to her new home in PA alive. The next two pictures were taken earlier this year - shes now 13. What a precious little love she is!
