Im slowing down releases on Slap Jaxx Music - need to spend more time on my own work and producers within the family only. You know who you are!! :-) Impatient artists? I will commit my time and hard work to you if you can just sit tight or go find another label who is ready to monopolize off your $50 X a shit ton of releases A month business model. With the same sound spread across several labels. kein danke!! So, if youre trying to get on 10 plus labels at the same time, I dont want to work with you. I do like your energy, hard work and motivation. I dont want to be that label whos only purpose is to make a little change spread across a ton of releases. My original plan was to promote new artists on slap jaxx. Its sad, but there is little loyalty and appreciation when it comes to the work a label owner goes through to make it happen. I think Its time to be a little selfish, work on me and only my closest peeps that are in it for other reasons other than making it on a ton of labels and the biggest clubs.
