Im smart to tell you the truth. I have a sophisticated, educated, and intelligent mind yet, I sit in solitude allowing negative thoughts to convince me otherwise. The population knows they have significant thoughts as well but, theyd rather deny their uniqueness to feel a fraud sense of belonging and acceptance among a handful of individuals, misfits like me address as society or majority of the population. They define a courageous state of mind as an unacceptable, wrong, and unworthy of existence in their presence. Who are they to reject my company? Who are they to reject your company? The depressing fact is its human nature to feel uneasy when truth is displayed in front of you when you live lies. Who told you youre insignificant, insufficient, unqualified for acceptance, under average, obtain grimace physical appearance, contain distorted & incorrect morals & beliefs, lack approval worthy virtues and outlooks on life, and above all, possess an ugly mind? Whoever attempted to damage, destroy, break, and hurt you mustve been perfect, they mustve never did anything wrong in their life. Youre so called flaws are perfections. Stop speaking negative things over yourself. Youre you and as long as youre true to yourself, youre as perfect and beautiful as stature gets. I cant explain how upset it makes me to never hear a positive remark everywhere I go. It breaks my heart, I happen to be included in the very few who have decided to break these cycles of depression. In the end I guess my mind tries to bring me down due to feelings of not being comfortable and fear. Staying paralyzed by fear never solves anything, I refuse to be a victim of societys discouraging factors. Im different, I love me, and Im free to laugh and live. -Harl Jay
