Im so Chicago,I remember the SUPER TRANSFER on Sundays and Holidays for the CTA Bus and El Trains,Im so Chicago,I remember when white castles off stoney Island was the PLACE TO BE and the lines were always LONG!!! Im so Chicago,I remember you could go to the liquor/grocery store owned by the Arabs and pay $50 in stamps for a MEAT PACK that had all kinds of meat (chicken leg ,sausage,quarters,wings,ground beef,pork steaks,some kind of roast,neck bones,ham hocks,eggs,a 5lb bag of white potatoes,a loaf of bread,and ....wait for it....A CASE OF BEER !!!!!!! LMAO !!!!! Im so Chicago,I remember going to the currency exchange around the corner from my house(2001 s Michigan/Long Grove) to buy MIX TAPES,BIG HOOP EARRINGS,MADONNA LACE GLOVES(NEON COLORS),NEON SOCKS,and lots of cool Michael Jacksonbuttons to pin on my jackets,Im so chicago I remember going to jew town for more than just a polish sausage,you could really bargain and talk them down in prices for jeans,gym shoes,shirts etc...
