Im so excited about this technique I learned about 2 months ago. Its something you can do with your eyeliner to really make your eyes pop just a little bit more than usual. This technique is called tightlining and basically - it creates a small, invisible line around your eye without caking on the eyeliner like a raccoon, and when i use the Precision Pencils by Younique - since they are smudge, smear, and water proof - it stays in place ALL DAY!
