Im so excited right now! My weight loss support group here on Facebook just hit 80,000 members! When I started that support group just a little over year ago, I was just hoping for a handful of people to join. I thought it would be a great place for people to go to get encouragement while trying to lose weight. Never in a million years did I think that support group would blow up the way it did. It makes me so happy. Its a private place that people can go to and truly open up. If you are not a member, and you have weight to lose, I highly suggest you join. There are lots of people in the group that are going through the same struggles you are. We can all be there for one another.
