Im so glad Beth Sparks White and Hannah Nelson came over tonight. After that drive in the rain today, I was really stressed out...which led to a VERY intense tension headache. I havent really been in a wreck before, and the one Jamie and I was in on the 14th wasnt a horrible one, but nonetheless, it was a wreck...I dont think I will feel safe still for a while. I caught myself gritting my teeth, tightening my muscles, etc. every time a car didnt slow down at a stop sign, or worse..pulled out in front of us. I am thinking tonight will be a double shot of Melatonin night. Hope your alls day was an awesome one, mine was ...minus the car stuff lol I am off for a super long hot shower and some sleep.
