Im so over customer service jobs or jobs that I have to interact with customers. Im over it because I refuse to belittle my intelligence and my self esteem just to make another person happy (I find that its worse with white customers) you are not about to call every name in the book and all I can say back is well I apologize for.... Why am I apologizing because you continue to use the same raggedy card that you know dont work and accuse me of trying to charge you twice? NO!!!! If you can say what you want to me then expect me to give it right back, I dont care who you are or where Im working. People just dont know what effect that has on your subconscious to be told to accept the negative stuff customers say to you everyday. They dont have to allow us to curse people out but we should have the right to tell a customer that the way they are talking to us is not alright and we can refuse their service but that will NEVER happen...
