Im so sorry for your loss. All I can say is together in unity we can all heal the world; but first we must heal ourselves. Theres so much pain from abuse, careless actions, words, and selfishness, we forget who we are to each other. The words you throw so carelessly at another, cut deeper than a knife. Theres pain of not feeling good enough already from child hood, past relationships, and so on. When you hurt others and dig a knife deep inside them only to make yourself feel better.....look at the energy youre exuding, and look at what youre reflecting as a person. Now take a deep breath and let go of everything that your mind says, all the negativity, all the judgements, and competition, the ego, let it go, and look at your soul. Look at your vulnerability, your purity, the essence of your light. It holds so much more power than any words, or anything coming from mortality can ever hold. The soul is your core, its your substance. Please be careful with one another. Were each others light in a dark world. And only through the love of our hearts can we light up the world. The energy that love exudes, is so powerful, theres no words, poetry, song, to express the magnitude of your vibration in pure form. No one can ever heal without love. No one can grow without love. Live without love. Awaken without love. Without love this planet would be immobile, stagnate. Love those that hurt you, for they have created areas of lesson, to awaken parts of you that would never come to life had you not endured the pain. You do not have to sit in toxic energies, but bless them , love them, move on, and allow their growth. Those who are toxic, who judge, who anger easily, who bind, control, and are selfish, are the ones in need of love more than ever. Imagine a life with no emotion, a life only lived in the mind for yourself. How robotic, and cold, numb, and lifeless. Thats what a lot of humans have allocated themselves to. Its comfortable. Easy. No emotion, no depth. Then, theres nothing to deal with beyond the wall of the comfort zone. This is, Henri Nouwens quote, The spiritual life does not remove us from the world but leads us deeper into it. Yes, living from the true essence of your being, is living in alignment and gives you automatic knowings, because you can feel things that you would never feel if you lived in your mind. Its that extra sensory knowing that comes from spirit, God, your inner guidance. Its okay to feel. Its okay to love. Its okay to cry. Its okay to forgive and move into energy that is flowing, and not stuck. Its how you grow. Its your strength, your heart is your strength. And so many people forget that. They define strength with money, class, status. Do you see what a blessing all these lessons are? They help you evolve to the next step. Youll eventually get to a place of pure love energy, unconditional love. And that is where miracles happen! Everyone talks about karma, and oh he/she hurt me so bad... I want bad things to happen to them. Dont you think living a mediocre, surfaced life with always an aching or-longing for more is bad enough? Never knowing who they truly are, or limiting their potential in a comfort zone. Thats living in stagnate energy, its living in a circle. Same day, same night, same week, same life, then all of a sudden their life is over, and theyre crossing over. The love of life, is love itself. The adventure of being free, letting yourself go, and allowing your soul to shine. In the end of everything, we will not be judged by a higher power, or by a man who sits on a eight foot throne. You will be in your pure essence of love, you will have left your mortal mask, and be in pure spirit, and you will judge yourself. What will you think of all the things you did here on Earth when you look back on your life, only watching it with pure love energy. Couldve you been nicer? Loved deeper? Lived a fuller life? Gave more? Helped one another? More importantly couldve you loved yourself more, and lived in gratitude for everything that The Universe has given you for your journey, instead of wallowed in victim mode always looking at what isnt there. The Universe works with you, not against you. If youre falling, have you given up on yourself? Have you stopped moving? Love starts from within. There is no life without love. The day I close my heart, is the day my eyes will close forever. I know this is very long. But, I was thinking of one of my clients whos husband committed suicide. And so many people think of killing themselves and going home.....more than anyone realize. I just need to tell you, how powerful and loved you are. And during the Holiday Season people with no families, or who are worried about finances, or who feel alone, stop thinking so much. Just know that everything always works itself out. You are blessed amongst the galaxies, just for being here. You are beautiful, and things will always get better, as long as you keep moving forward. All it takes is a smile from a stranger. A hug from a child, a parent, a sibling, a friend. A feeling of gratitude. A small gesture of kindness. Youre Angels, Guides, And Loved Ones Are Always With You. Dont ever forget that.
