Im sorry I wasnt strong enough to overlook your abuse and I apologize if my desire to gain your approval was misconstrued as use. I tried to live my life your way and it never seemed to take, I hoped youd see the best in me before it was too late. Now I sit beside your bed, praying peace over your soul. I pray for your restoration and that God sees fit to make you whole. I know you never liked me but I never questioned your love. Now that youre gone I cant understand the emptiness I feel. I guess now my only option is to heal. I love you granny, please rest in peace.
