Im sorry, but I have been in customer service now for over 20 years. So why is it that when companies outsource their call centers to other countries that they MANDATE their employees to speak 100% ENGLISH! It is frustrating on both ends when we cannot understand each other, and when you deal with a moronic company as it is, it is that much MORE frustrating trying to understand and be understood by someone who doesnt understand english that well!! Customer NO SERVICE is right! Geez!!
