Im sorry everyone but I need to ask for prayers for my daughter Christina again. As most of you know she had surgery in May to have her thyroid and two large masses removed. They were successful at removal of all that, but unfortunately there has been permanent damage to her vocal chords. Christina has bilateral vocal paralysis which in her case cannot be repaired or cured. This causes her difficulty breathing and it is very painful for her to talk. We are asking for prayers for comfort for Christina and maybe even for a miracle to reverse the damage some how. I cry every time Christina calls and tries to talk to me. To hear her struggle the way she does to talk or breathe and not be able to do anything to help her tears me up inside. It hurts even more when I am not able to understand her which is happening more and more everyday. Today she told me she felt like she had a stroke. She hasnt, but when she tries to talk, thats what she sounds like. Thank you in advance for your prayers. I know Christina appreciates them every bit as much if not more than I do.
