Im sorry for dumping this on all my friends and family!! Im having a really tough time.. I am feeling depressed which I havent felt for many years! I am really ussually an upbeat person! It has been 17 days since my surgery and it feels like it was yesterday pain wise... Ive had many many surgeries over the years!! At 17 days Jeff Breehl if hes here helps me to get up to a standing position. If hes not here it takes me time and quite a bit of pain to stand at my walker! Once Im standing with my walker I have to walk slowly as it is very painful... I have a chest cold for two weeks now.. Went through ten days of antibiotics and felt a little better but it is back with a vengeance! I cant go to the Doctor as there is no way to get up the stairs or to our car. I almost died of pneumonia in 2012 and it scares me! I havent been out of my apartment in 17 days... I havent even started Christmas Shopping so I will be shopping online which I really need lists ASAP from the kids! I called about physical therapy because I am getting so weak and was told it would be another 2 to 3 weeks because my femur is so week I could break it so they have to be sure its healed. My pain level is crazy all of the time! When I sleep when I wake up(because I have missed pain doses of medications the pain is so bad that my hair actually hurts!!) I am in sleep mode so talking one minute and the next sound asleep for hours waking to excruciating pain!! The Doctor who did my surgery (because they had to use a higher than normal sedation for me to be out and then it took an hour and a half which normally takes 10 to 15 minutes concerned him) told me if I need the second surgery he wouldnt do it because he cant control my pain. So if I have to have second surgery the first orthopedic surgeon hopefully will do it! If this is how painful I am so afraid of the pain from the second surgery!! Please Pray for quicker healing and that I dont need the second surgery!! Love all of you very very much!! Praying all of you are having a less pain weekend!! God Bless You All!!
