Im staying in a home with two adorable Australian children ages 9 and 12, Thomas and Alexander. Their extremely smart, intelligent spirited boys. We are enjoying breakfast or snack time. Im having Muesli and Macadamia Milk and them Ferry Bread. Ferry Bread is made with white bread, butter and 100s and 1000s. 100s and 1000s are simply sprinkles. We have turned up the original recipe and are now toasting one side of the bread in a sauté pan. So here it goes... One slice of bread buttered and toasted on one side, go crazy and toast both sides if you like. Remove bread from pan when toasted and spread the untoasted side with butter. Now the artist in you gets to perform and decorate the untoasted butter side with 100s and 1000s, well in your case sprinkles. Cut in half or four squares and enjoy. Thomas said, it really smells good and is awesome.
