Im still in awe of the history I got to share with Gunnar last night by watching Derek Jeters final game at Yankee stadium on Tv. Words can not express the flood of emotions watching him bat for the last time wearing pinstripes. Whether you are a Yankee fan or not, one can not deny the pure talent, charisma, and sportsmanship of #2. He definetly has gone out as one of the greatest players in Yankee history behind Joe DiMaggio, Babe Ruth, and Mickey Mantle. Its has been pure joy watching Jeter play the past 20 years, and Im thankful to have had the ability to share that joy and love with my son. Thanks for the memories Captain! Next stop is the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.
