Im still struggling to understand how a man that is not mentally unstable will mercilessly beat and rape a woman, especially one that he has no existing or prior relationship with. In my head, I imagine the scenarios. I picture the entire heinous drama that unfolds. It is not pleasurable, or at least not the kind of pleasure we all know. Imagining it alone is torture for me so Im wondering how the guys that do such devilish acts constantly carry them out. I think anyone guilty of the offense of Rape should first be sent to a compulsory two years admission in a proper Psychiatrist (Correctional) Hospital. When he is confirmed fairly psychologically well, he should be transmitted to serve at least seven (7) years in prison after which he should visit the Psychiatrist (Correctional) Hospital again for at least a year before he can be given a CONSIDERATION to determine whether he will ever be fit to live among normal Human Beings. Unprovoked rape should be one of the most sickening crimes on earth. Ask me, Id say it rates side by side with slaughtering a person. No rapist has my pity. I rise!
