Im teaching my little bro some hand to hand combat drills pulled from Jeet Kune Do Concepts. Hes getting pretty good after only one session. This technique known as elbow destructions involves using your elbows to block your opponents fists. This hurts the hands with gloves on, just imagine what would happen to your opponents bare knuckles. Im thinking about starting a little kinobody defence series with some very practical combat drills to work on. If youd like me to do some in-depth videos on different fight drills and techniques, like this status. Im still not sure if this is something people want to see or not. Either way, this is an awesome activity for your non lifting days.
