Im thinking about buying a small freezer to put out on my porch so I can cook a bunch of dinners in advance & freeze/save money when things are on sale. With 3 kids now my freezer gets filled fast. I dont know much about them.. I was reading reviews earlier & someone said they wished it was frost free. Sooo... if you have an extra freezer that you use, the chest kind. do you have to defrost it like in the old days? lol.. or will it leak if it stops running/power goes out? I also read they have drains so thats why I ask. Also one other concern is, would it be ok to put out on a porch that is not heated? The whole point of this is to save money/time so your input is greatly appreciated. :)
