Im trying to get Austins medical records together for when he returns home for therapy. A friend told us that a good therapist will want to know the exact procedure that was done in surgery.We got them emailed to us...The surgery was not in the info. He didnt anticipate to have a hospital stay...it was to be done outpatient....anybody in the medical world able to tell me if there is something specific I should be asking for?...
