Im trying to plant a late garden today. I went to the feed and seed store to purchase pallets because Im going to fill them with dirt and plant in them plus I needed to buy some more seeds and potting soil. The guy that runs the place called me in the back and showed me this busted pile of pallets that he said I could take whatever I wanted if I could use them instead of paying the $1.25 per pallet for the ones they sell. They were perfect. Then he got me to come around back to the warehouse to grab my dirt and since two bags had holes in them, he told me they counted together as one bag even though they lost very little. I love the service from local mom and pop stores like this. Norfolk County Feed and Seed will always be the first place I go as long as I live around this area. The only thing he asked from me is if my tomatoes fruit, I need to bring them some. I can do that.
