Im very disappointed with the lightening pics that I took last night. I do like this image with lightening bugs in it. Im mostly bummed with my lightening pics because they are out of focus. I tried focusing on the corn field, but it was dark. And, I didnt have any distant points of light to focus on. So, I used the infinity setting. Yeah, that didnt work. And itd be fine too, except that I suggested to a 4H student that he try shooting lightening a little wider and focus on a point of interest in the foreground. Or, try using the infinity setting for getting items in focus that are far away. I did also suggest that its a trial and error project. I think. Ugh. Infinity did not work for me last night. Im attaching an example of that too.
