Im worried about Khaled. Hes got acute lower back pain on the right side. Its so painful he cannot lie down. He never gets anything like this. I cant get him to let me take him to the ER. He wants to wait until morning. I thought of an aortic aneurysm but there isnt any numbness, dizziness, or lump, .. nor fever. He is in a lot of pain. I gave him tylenol 3 and it didnt help much. Thats worrisome. Still cannot lie down. I think this is beyond cold packs and heating pads. But maybe if he tore a ligament or muscle, not so. He said he was only sitting at the computer and went to get up. Any suggestions would be great
