Imagine my surprise! I pull onto the Crescent Stops house (my parents compound - you know the one) and there, on Woodland, across from Lawyer Wallace is a neighborhood watch (on Woodland, of course, not Crescent). But how NICE that Crescent peeps can see it! Oh my! I go in. Hey, Ma! Congrats! You got a neighborhood watch! This is, of course, after a murder and peeping toms and break-ins. No we dont, she says. A few minutes later: Honey, we got a neighborhood watch sign! My father comes in and says....No we dont have a neighborhood watch! A few minutes later, Bob (brother) comes in. Bob, you got a neighborhood watch sign, dude! I tell my brother. Bullshit, we dont have one! my brother responds. Now if the thirty year residents of a street (come on, we all know Doc and Red) dont know there is now a neighborhood watch formed, either they didnt get the memo or Griffin is pulling one - because there SHOULD be a watch......but theres not. Dont worry about Mom, Dad, and Bob: they live in an arsenal and got a big shepherd, but shouldnt everyone else have noticed? And why does WOODLAND get it and not Crescent? Cough. Money. Connections. Cough. Excuse me! Oh, that darn cough! Trust me, Doc and Red didnt get a 411, there hasnt been bo-diddley.
