Important Notice to June Workshop Parents and Guests: Due to last-minute renovations at the Union Square Theater, we have moved this June’s Off Broadway showcase to a new venue. The showcase performances will take place at the Sage Theatre at 711 Seventh Avenue, between 47th and 48th Streets. The Sage Theater is located near the center of Times Square, just 1 block from the famous Broadway TKTS ticket booth. Please note that the theater itself is located on the second floor, and is currently only accessible by stairs. There is no handicap accessibility. We apologize for any inconvenience. The change of showcase venue has made it necessary to change the location for retrieving your child’s baggage on Monday. Please note that this will NOT take place outside the Sage Theater. It will take place in front of the main entrance of the Barrymore Theater at 243 West 47th Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, just two blocks from the Sage Theater. Please note that the times of luggage pick-up have been shortened due to the new location. As per the Guide, you must retrieve your child’s baggage at the above location by no later than 5:00 pm. However, no baggage will be available for pick-up until 3:00 pm. All other information and procedures pertaining to the Off Broadway showcase and/or pertaining to any other workshop considerations will take place exactly as stated in the Guide.
