Important advisory: MRO, has never been a part or has any involvement in the creation of any federation, group or club. This is entirely up to the groups in every region or province outside of Metro Manila or the organization for that matter... With that said, let me explain to you how the area, provincial and regional MRO groups function... Each location that MRO has volunteers, a group is setup for the purpose of local coordination with our news, events, activities and the gathering place for riders who support and volunteer for us... It is never a branch or chapter as many have misc conceptualized the concept... There is no leadership role and no admin can become a coordinator as we leave that to whoever the groups elect to become their interim coordinator... The only responsibility of a coordinator is as follows: Update the group with the announcements and articles that we officially announce Keep a record of the groups/individuals in the area Receive queries and relay them to admin as necessary Schedule meet and greets Coordinate for events such as seminars and the likes Nobody can command, direct or meddle with any of the groups decisions, policies and as such, the creation of federations and what not... We do not solicit for membership nor do we tell others to go under MRO as nobody is UNDER us... We are a volunteer group and it is up to them whether the choose to support us or not... What admins can do is to simply provide advice and relay pertinent information to and from the organization... Each group has their own way of handling things and by all means, let them... We do not interfere or make any suggestion that they form any group to be under MRO... All we ask is simply, support for our actions and advocacy... I do not want to hear any of the admins to say or tell any group to be under MRO and we cannot, I repeat, we cannot be involved in the requirements and policies of each group to be part, be under or in the control of MRO... It must be of their own accord... No more and no less... So to hear that we tell them to combine, create a federation or unite to join MRO is not our style or our way of doing things... We simply give them the means to stay updated, receive information and to coordinate them with MRO... I do not want us to sound like and look like we are gathering forces as that only makes us look political and out to compete in numbers... With that said, I am making this announcement to clear the misconception and misdirection of our involvement with the groups in each area and that we do not hold any type of control over anybody for that matter... Let us be thankful that there are groups amd willing coordinators who are willing and on their own prerogative to support and follow MRO and its actions/advocacy... Nobody is above anybody... We simply take what people say and alight it with the laws and fix or challenge when and if necessary under the provision of our constitution and rights... When we speak, we make it clear that MRO only asks them to consider our advocacy and do not dictate them into anything... And as they become volunteers, they should be guided by the rules and regulations set by our by-laws as we all are... So shall it be written... Thank you and a good day to all...
