Worth JRB Express Delayed. A credit and debit card processing glitch has resulted in delayed payment for “pay at the pump” fuel purchases made between Oct. 16, 2013-Jan. 13, 2014 at the Naval Air Station Ft. Worth Joint Reserve Base Express. “MasterCard and Discover card purchases made at the pump from Oct. 16 to Jan. 13 are the only transactions affected,” said the Exchange’s NAS Ft. Worth JRB’s Exchange General Manager Chris Haefner. “No personal information has been compromised; this is simply a case of the charge not reaching the bank in a timely manner.” Banks began processing all owed monies for “pay at the pump” purchases made with a Discover or MasterCard between Oct. 16, 2013-Jan. 13, 2014 at the NAS Ft. Worth JRB Express on Jan. 15, 2014. Drivers who receive overdraft fees as a result of delayed processing should contact 800-582-3289 and select option 3 to arrange for reimbursement. “We deeply regret any inconvenience the delay in processing may have caused and are committed to working with affected customers to ensure they do not incur charges beyond payment for fuel received,” said Haefner.
