In 2011 I left recruiting and returned to IT, to do what was best for my family and our recovery. The need for some friends I care about has encouraged me to see if I can increase my service to networking JOBS to friends and great candidates to recruiters. I can NOT do this as a job, OR help everyone in the universe, but as a service of heart, so I WILL share great candidates with recruiters and great recruiters jobs with candidates.. The criteria for who I can help depends upon my capacity, so focus will be on those who seek, hire and share REAL jobs, not just looking for resume padding for the recruiter side, or validation that they tried to get a job this week.. Once a week I will dedicate some time to sharing job leads, making referrals to great recruiters in my LinkedIn Business networks.
