In 2012, I had the privilege to meet Federico Pistono. We shared the same classroom during three months at Singularity University. Federico was, probably, the participant that impressed me the most. His book – Robots Will Steal Your Jobs, But Thats OK – really changed my vision about the future. I had the feeling that I was becoming friend of someone who would win a Nobel Prize a few years later. So, I invited him to visit Brazil and to share his ideas with Perestroika students. And so we did. Some loved it. Some didnt get it. But this is Federico: challenging. Its not easy to understand his bold vision about a new society. Now, Larry Page, Google CEO, is talking about Federico, and the media is reporting this. Besides my happiness to see a friend becoming worldwide famous, I also feel happy with my small prediction. Fede: congrats, bro. You deserve it.
