In Clark County, Nev., rancher Cliven Bundy has refused to comply with orders from Federal judges to remove his cattle from land the BLM claims is Federal land and habitat for an endangered tortoise — a tortoise the Federal government has routinely killed. It’s land the Bundy family has grazed cattle on since the 1800s — land Bundy believes belongs to the State of Nevada, not the Feds.
