In-House Competition Guidelines for Rx/Scaled: Rxd athletes should be able to do the following during workouts: double unders, clean and shoulder-to-overhead at 115#/75#, star jumps with full hip extension at the top of the jump, front and back squat from the floor at 115#/75#, deadlift at 155#/105#, GHD sit-ups. Scaled athletes should be able to do the following during workouts: single unders, clean and shoulder-to-overhead at 75#/55#, star jumps with full hip extension at the top of the jump, front and back squat from the floor at 75#/55#, deadlift at 115#/75#, abmat sit-ups.
