In India after being selected for higher category services i. e. IAS, IFS, IRS, IPS ( in Civil, Foreign, Police, Army services etc. ) said officers used to avoid to perform their duty as per the law and departmental rules laid down and main reason is they are being commanded by Mafia, Familiwady, Corrupt, Black Money Holders, Criminals and inefficient leader ship. If a leader do not have Mental capability to find-out and assess actual problems of a poor Indian and spread salt on their wound by publicly endorsing and supporting illogical and stupid arguments on TV Channels that in in India meal is available for Rs. 1/-, Rs. 5/- and Rs. 12/- with addition Dal and Sambher etc. for poor and middle class people and so called Secular UPA Leaders and secularwadi Co-oalition partners were served on the occasion of UPA Govt. anniversary a Thali of Meal for Rs. 3,500/- ( Rs. Three thousand and five hundred only ) excluding Tea, Fruit Juice and imported wine if any might have been served. On the basis above facts, it can be strongly recommended that now time has come to change such leadership who can not work as a disciplined team, do not keep command on their tongue, insult our brave police, paramilitary and army jawans and officers and demoralise and punish honest ( Civil, Foreign, Police, Army services officers ) and supports anti national and anti social elements definitely in the interest of strong nation change is must with forming strong laws to block entry of corrupt, criminal and mafia leaders in Public Services.
