In March, the BA Culinary students took over Chefs Table to launch Bone Yard Barbecue. It was an incredibly successful event and a great learning experience to plan, market, prepare, and execute a restaurant concept open to the public. There, capturing the action on film, was another student who is working with our friends at ORCA Media. Chris Adkins is working on a much larger video project to broaden the scope of the NECI experience through film. Here are the results of his work thus far...
