In Missouri, 30% of its population lives in rural areas and traditionally only 5% of the total funding for homeless makes it to rural areas. We want to help make up this huge deficit by providing meals, clothing, counseling (both Spiritual and Substance Abuse), eventually temporary housing and other resources to this under served population. As the New Year begins, we hope to finalize our first training programs where truck driving school and receptionist from home training will give these families a live-able income and stop the cycle of poverty in that family. As we have previously stated, our goal is to teach people to fish as opposed to just feeding them.
