In My trip to Maun lately, i had met the two camps that will fight to be the MP for Maun west, the other Party is one of my mentor and Good friend Ren Partson Mbulawa, and the other one is Mong wame My paramount Chief Kgosi Moremi Tawana, i then came consulted the IEC on some clauses of the act of electing representatives. This was done sorely not on political basis but on the interests of the People of Goo Tawana the two are on talking terms and has developed a healthy competition trait and they should be respected for that even though from the start it was always this way. but the residents of Maun should be wise when appointing who will serve them, remember who will serve them as even if its the Chief, ka setswana gatwe le ene ke thotobolo e olela malele and as such if he assume that title as an MP he becomes our servant. if we dont vote well we will say bye bye to the resources abundant in our land that has made us a relatively wealthy Tribe until the crisis ya lekgwafo and the Handing over of our land to the Government to only be given to few blue eyed people who have bribed the government administrators. a committee of the Gaborone based Maun Citizens has since been established to map a way forward to protect the interest of people of the Rivers, the people of the waters. tanna le letsatsyi le monatyi .
