In NDA , in the English class, somewhere the discussion digressed to books written by various authors / writers..... The Instructor spotted back bencher husband dozing off and on , and he decided to give him a rocket ... Instructor -- Ghatak !!!! why did John Milton write Paradise Lost ?? Husband ( clueless, lost , struggling to be alert ) -- errrr .. Sir when he got married ..(tone in a wondering, questioning manner ,,,) Furious Instructor -- And why did he write later -Paradise Regained ? Husband ( more confused and mumbling ) -- Sir, when his wife died .. (same tone ) Ghatak seen with pithu , again on punishment ! ( John Miltons classic literary works - Paradise Lost / Paradise Regained-- is the epic struggle between the good and evil forces - a war between God and Satan ) .... As husband later remarked -- baat to ek hui na !!!!! ......... I GENUINELY feel bad for John Milton.....
