In Portland, This is our city doing this, not #Ferguson . And can you believe they want more funding? No not for teaching how to deal with people with mental problems or how to fire a warning stop, or maybe how many police officers it takes to restrain and taser a 16 year old boy. They want more funding to put more unaccountable police on the street. Vote yes on 91 and that is exactly what will happen. If 91 passes you can expect Oregon to pass a measure to immediately start blood testing drivers for marijuana. What this may mean to someone who uses BHO, Hash, or Medables is you may not be able to drive legally for a week or longer due to how much you have in your system.
