In South Korea - only Doctors are legally permitted to perform the art of tattooing a person. Huh?! South Korean tattoo association is trying to get the law passed for legalizing tattooing in Korea ! In South Korea you can get a tattoo, but only legally by a licensed doctor. KOREA TATTOO ASSOCIATION is seeking the support of doctors globally to help support the passing of a new by-law for legalizing tattooing in Korea, by their rightful people… TATTOO ARTIST.
