In U.S., 55% of Workers Get Sense of Identity From Their Job Seven in 10 college graduates get a sense of identity from their job // I just feel it more than likely depends what the job is. If one needs self-identity through direction of others (like a parent directs their children throughout the year), its probably a problem.
